All our beef is raised with you, the consumer, in mind which is why each animal is handled with the best care, produced  with no growth hormones, pasture raised, grain finished, single sourced, and registered Simmental and SimAngus. Our local beef is selected for high marbling without excess fat, processed locally, tender cut, and aged for 10-13 days, all to give you a tender, juicy high quality product.
