The Half Beef Bundle is our best value per pound and offers great variety! Feel free to split with a friend or neighbor. The steaks are mostly packaged in packs of 2 and the roasts are about 3 pounds a piece. One half will take about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. Each bundle is about 240 lbs and includes the following:
