The Quarter Beef Bundle is our best seller and offers great variety and value! The steaks are mostly packaged in packs of 2 and the roasts are about 3 pounds a piece. One quarter will take about 4 cubic feet of freezer space. Each bundle is about 115 lbs and includes the following:
